new plan 10th of august
target: 15 working days a month
music:
flamenco 20 min daily evening
jazz (follow the method and scott henderson ) 30 min daily evening
ear training (in the morning 20 min with ear master, before going to work)
technique 15 min daily ( in the afternoon (choose one: arpeggios, picado , pulgar)
classical ( choose 1 piece per month ) - 10 min daily evening
once every two days (and only 3 per week...try to figure out a tune )
bb:
just keep doing it 3 times a week
follow the push ups schedule
programming:
40 min every day
